Due to high demand, please allow House of Savage approximately 1 to 3 weeks to process your order. Processing time also depends on the complexity and quantity of the pieces being purchased considering the handcrafted nature of the items. Each piece is handcrafted entirely to order. Our team is always working hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Paying for shipping does not guarantee a faster processing time considering everything is handcrafted to order. *If you need your order by a specific date, please send an email or fill out the contact form.

Please ensure a valid address is given for your order. House of Savage is not responsible for a package being lost or returned back to us due to an address being invalid, incorrect, or missing/misspelled details (including but not limited to street numbers, apartment, unit, suite, or floor numbers). House of Savage is not responsible for any packages that are abandoned or destroyed in the shipping process.

Furthermore, House of Savage is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen upon delivery.

International customers are responsible for their country's customs and import fees.

PLEASE NOTE - There is always a chance for theft unfortunately. It is the customer's responsibility to track their packages and keep an eye out for delivery.
