Refund policy

House of Savage accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and must not be damaged or show signs of wear in order to receive the full refund. A return label will be sent to the customer upon request, and the costs of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges are not accepted.

Ornaments and gift cards are non-returnable or refundable. House of Savage will not trade your gift card for cash, and they must be redeemed through the website. There is no expiration date on gift cards.

All custom orders are non-returnable or refundable, unless your order arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at allie@house-of-savage.com and provide photo evidence within 48 hours of order delivery to receive a replacement. We apologize in advance if your order arrives damaged, as we are unable to control how packages are handled. 

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our handcrafted products, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, we are unable to accommodate cancellations as production may have begun. Thank you for your understanding!
