Refund policy

Every House of Savage piece is handcrafted and made to order with care. Because each item is created specifically for you, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun, and we are unable to accommodate cancellations. Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship and understanding the time and care that goes into every piece.

If you believe there is an issue or your order arrives damaged, please email allie@house-of-savage.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We'll review your claim promptly and happily send a replacement for the damaged item.
