HOW TO ORDER
1. REQUEST THE WHOLESALE CATALOG
Email allie@house-of-savage.com to request our current wholesale catalog.
The catalog includes:
- Product photos
- Product details
- Wholesale pricing
- Suggested retail pricing
- Available collections
2. CHOOSE YOUR PIECES
Review the catalog and send us the products and quantities you'd like to order.
Have questions about a product, availability, or upcoming pieces? Just ask.
3. WE CREATE YOUR ORDER
We'll review your selections and send a custom Shopify invoice directly to your email.
4. PAY YOUR INVOICE
Your order enters our production queue once your Shopify invoice has been paid.
5. WE MAKE & SHIP YOUR ORDER
Every House of Savage piece is handcrafted in our Houston studio. Once your order is complete, we'll package and ship it directly to your store.
ORDER MINIMUMS
Opening Order — $300 minimum
Reorders — $200 minimum
Minimums are based on the wholesale subtotal before shipping.
LEAD TIMES
Our current wholesale lead time is 3–5 weeks.
Because our pieces are handcrafted and we're currently working through high demand, lead times can vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Have a specific deadline? Let us know when you place your order.
If you need your order by a particular date, we'll do our best to accommodate it and will confirm whether that timeline is possible before your invoice is sent.
If no deadline is provided, your order will move through our standard production queue.
WHOLESALE TERMS
- All wholesale orders are made to order.
- Orders must meet the applicable opening or reorder minimum.
- Production begins once the Shopify invoice has been paid.
- Lead times are estimated and may vary based on order size and production volume.
- Shipping is free on all wholesale orders.
- Wholesale orders are final sale once production has begun.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged pieces so we can assist.
