Processing time also depends on the complexity of the piece(s) being purchased considering the handcrafted nature of the items. Our team is always working hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

Please ensure a valid address is given for your order. House of Savage is not responsible for a package being lost or returned back to us due to an address being invalid, incorrect, or missing/misspelled details (including but not limited to street numbers, apartment, unit, suite, or floor numbers). House of Savage is not responsible for any packages that are abandoned or destroyed in the shipping process.

Furthermore, House of Savage is not responsible for any packages that are stolen upon delivery.
