Where do you ship? 

• House of Savage offers shipping to select countries including the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, Spain, and the United Kingdom. 

What if I need my order by a specific date?  

• Due to high demand, processing time for orders is currently 2-4 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, please fill out the Contact Form or send an email to allie@house-of-savage.com.  

Will “sold out” pieces be back in stock?  

• Maybe, but no guarantees. All products labeled as “sold-out” are limited edition pieces. If you like one of these pieces, you can fill out the Contact Form or send an email to allie@house-of-savage.com to discuss a bespoke commission. 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

• Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.  

What if my product(s) are damaged during shipping?

Do you offer custom pieces?  

• Absolutely! For bespoke commissions, please fill out the Contact Form or send an email to allie@house-of-savage.com describing what you’re looking for. We will work with you and your budget!

How do I care for the pieces I buy from HOS?  

• Please see our Care Instructions for details on caring for specific pieces.  

Do you offer gift cards?  

• Of course! You can find our Savage gift card here.  

Can I light the Savage candles, or are they just for decoration? 

• We aim for most of our pieces to be both beautiful and functional. In the case of the dessert candles, they are designed primarily for decorative purposes. If you do choose to light them, please be sure they are placed on the plate provided to collect any wax. Please do not leave any lit candles unattended. 

What materials do you use for your pieces? 

• Our handcrafted pieces are made with a variety of materials such as resin, clay, and plaster.
