House of Savage accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and must not be damaged or show signs of wear in order to receive full refund. A return label will be sent to the customer upon request, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

All custom orders are non-returnable or refundable, unless your order arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at allie@house-of-savage.com and provide photo evidence within 2 days after order delivery to receive a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Due to high demand, please allow House of Savage 3 to 14 days to process your order. Processing time also depends on the complexity of the piece(s) being purchased considering the handcrafted nature of the items. Our team is always working hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

Please ensure a valid address is given for your order. House of Savage is not responsible for a package being lost or returned back to us due to an address being invalid, incorrect, or missing/misspelled details (including but not limited to street numbers, apartment, unit, suite, or floor numbers). House of Savage is not responsible for any packages that are abandoned or destroyed in the shipping process.

Furthermore, House of Savage is not responsible for any packages that are stolen upon delivery.

No, all art decor labeled as “sold-out” are one-off pieces and cannot be replicated due to limited materials. If you like one of these pieces, you can reach out to the artist for a bespoke commission that is similar and more tailored to your personality and aesthetic.
